Easter at this hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and gave us directions to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. We loved the fact that we had free Wi-Fi and a power shower. The best part was the location, which was a stone's throw away from the boulevard and river, making it easy to explore Vichy on foot.
The lack of parking space. We had to park in a nearby side street, which was free but not very convenient.

The hotel was located in a prime location, close to the river and parks where I could stroll around during my free time. the room was comfortable and had a great power shower. I also enjoyed the personalized greeting that made me feel welcome.
The restaurant's service was not available after 9pm, which caused me trouble since I had arrived late.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vichy. The first thing that struck me was the stunning building, tastefully decorated in a classy and understated manner. The elegant rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a great power shower in the elegant bathroom. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, always there when needed but never intrusive. The location was fantastic - close to both the river and the old part of town.
All aspects of my stay were perfect.

Located by the river and close to the centre, this hotel is situated in a quiet thermal area and easily accessible via the motorways. the rooms are designed with elegant decor, providing a comfortable seating area and a large bed. the Italian shower adds an exotic touch to the bathroom. the breakfast is lovely, and the well-appointed terrace by the pool offers a nice view. the staff provides outstanding service and the hotel restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience.
Though a bit difficult to find, the hotel staff is more than happy to assist with parking.
